Let me time travel you back into the past—to Bengaluru of 1964—a moment that forever shaped my vision of cascading logic to solve almost all the big challenges of the world @nearly zero-cost within 3 decades.
Let me time travel you back into the past—to Bengaluru of 1964—a moment that forever shaped my vision of cascading logic to solve almost all the big challenges of the world @nearly zero-cost within 3 decades.
When I arrived as an extremely poor and frail, disease-ridden (due to overreacting immune system), unassuming, bare-footed, very low-on-confidence, and fearful small town teenager (of Santhebennur, Davangere District) in Bangalore in 1964 i.e., today’s Bengaluru, capital of Karnataka, India which is also nicknamed as the Silicon Valley of India to pursue my pre-university education—I noticed a striking scenery on the roads of Bengaluru. The roads were full of bicycles during the peak hours. Finding a car was a rare sight among the ocean of bicycles on the roads of Bengaluru of those days in contrast to today’s opposite situation i.e., noticing a bicycle is a rare sight now among too many cars on the roads. Those days, owning even a modest bicycle was a symbol of some amount of status. Owning a basic economy model car of today was a status of the rich people!

On one fine day, I went to a hotel for breakfast, I saw 15 to 20 bicycles parked in a row on their individual stands in front of the hotel. After the nice breakfast, I came out and saw one bicycle, which was improperly parked on its stand @one end of the row fell on the adjacent bicycle, which in turn triggered the falling of the next bicycle and so on and on ......! Eventually, all the bicycles were grounded in a matter few seconds! This was a great source of fun to the onlookers including me—and not to say outburst of laughter was spontaneous! These kinds of episodes were quite common in the bicycles-dominated era of Bengaluru of those days. While I was being amused by the falling of every bicycle due to just one improperly parked bicycle @one end, I was not able to perceive the hidden exciting message in those episodes. But those hilarious episodes continued to haunt my brain for a long, long time.... It was very amusing and mysterious..... I was not able to unravel why my brain was harbouring those thoughts of falling bicycles relentlessly?

27 years later, in 1991 at Mira Road (Mumbai), I made a breakthrough that led to the designing of UCTR. Suddenly, the hidden exciting message among those falling bicycles became visible like a flash of lightening! My God! Look @the intuitive tenacious ability of human brains which nurtures such thoughts of useful scenes until their meaning becomes evident -without the time limit. In this case, it's 27 years! This is the power of amazing human brain!
UCTR was not just about protecting humanity from allergic rhinitis (AR) and respiratory viral pandemics/ diseases (RVPDs). It was about using the vast benefits of UCTR to trigger cascading domino-like mechanism to solve humanity’s greatest challenges!
This vision reveals a pathway to create a unified, abundant, peaceful, inclusive, and orderly world—@nearly zero cost—within just 3 to 4 decades.

I arrived as a poor, frail, disease-ridden teenager from Santhebennur, Davangere District. Barefoot, low on confidence, and fearful, I stepped into the bustling capital of Karnataka—today’s Bengaluru, now nicknamed the Silicon Valley of India.
Back then, bicycles ruled the roads. Cars were rare, and even owning a bicycle carried status. A car symbolized wealth.
One morning, outside a hotel, I saw 15–20 bicycles parked neatly in a row. As I finished breakfast and stepped out, one improperly parked bicycle at the end toppled over. In seconds, the entire row collapsed—one bicycle triggering the fall of the next, until all lay grounded.
The laughter of onlookers, including mine, filled the air. Yet, hidden within this amusing scene was a profound message which I could not perceive at the time. That memory haunted me for decades.
